We preserve the historic character of Gulfport homes while modernizing outdated plumbing, electrical, and cramped floor plans. Our project managers work directly with the City of Gulfport Community Development Department to navigate local zoning and building codes smoothly.
From cottage kitchen modernizations to curbless bathroom conversions and structural renovations, we build with precision.
Maximize compact cottage kitchens with smart vertical cabinetry, quartz counters, and custom center islands. We open up cramped galley kitchens to bring natural bay light indoors.
We upgrade wiring, vent range hoods outside, and install designer tile backsplashes. Pair your layout with waterproof luxury vinyl flooring suited for coastal living.
Convert compact historic bathrooms into airy, modern wet rooms. We install zero-threshold curbless showers with frameless glass and Schluter-KERDI waterproofing.
