1. Scope of Remodeling Services

Pegasus Construction Group Inc provides residential general contracting and home remodeling services across Pinellas County, Florida. All projects are performed under formal, written construction agreements detailing scope of work, architectural plans, specifications, and materials.

2. Fixed-Price Proposals & Estimates

Our initial written proposals provide transparent, fixed pricing based on confirmed design plans and specified finishes. Any alterations, unforeseen hidden conditions (such as concealed structural rot or outdated wiring behind walls), or client-requested changes will be documented and approved via written Change Orders before execution.

3. Municipal Permits & Inspections

As a Florida State Certified General Contractor, Pegasus Construction Group Inc pulls all required building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits with the relevant municipal authorities (including the City of St. Petersburg, City of Clearwater, City of Largo, or Pinellas County Building Services). All work adheres strictly to current Florida Building Codes.

4. 5-Year Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our craft with a 5-year workmanship warranty covering our structural and finish installation work upon final punch-list completion and project sign-off. Material defects (such as appliances, faucets, quartz slabs, or flooring planks) remain covered under the respective manufacturer warranties.

5. Payment Schedules & Florida Lien Disclosures

Project payments are structured according to defined construction milestones. Pegasus Construction Group Inc provides lien waivers upon receipt of milestone payments in compliance with Florida Construction Lien Law (Chapter 713, Florida Statutes).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all contracting agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Pinellas County, Florida.
